At Strawberry Medicine Counselling Inc., our workshops create meaningful spaces for learning, reflection, conversation, and connection.

Our workshops bring together mental health knowledge, culturally grounded perspectives, and practical tools that participants can carry with them beyond the workshop. Each session is facilitated using a trauma-informed, person-centred, and culturally grounded approach, with care taken to create an environment where participants feel respected, supported, and welcomed.

Indigenous Mental Health Workshops

Our Indigenous Mental Health Workshops explore mental health and wellness through a culturally relevant lens. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we recognize the importance of culture, identity, lived experience, family, community, and connection when discussing mental wellness.

Workshops can support First Nations communities, organizations, leadership teams, service providers, schools, and other groups looking to strengthen their understanding of mental health and create healthier, more supportive environments.

We believe meaningful mental health education should be accessible to the communities that need it.

Sliding-scale pricing is available for First Nations, non-profit, and community-based organizations.
