The Strawberry Medicine Wheel Live Online Workshop is one day workshop to get the core teachings from the 8 Week Self Care Medicine Wheel Program (Check our the online programs section if you would like to take this self directed program).

The Two-Eyed Seeing workshop is an opportunity for individuals to explore their own medicine and how they can positively impact the people around them. Led by Stephanie Erickson, a Dakelh with a background in clinical counselling and traditional wellness teachings, this program offers a unique blend of perspectives to guide participants on their journey towards balance and connection.

Throughout the workshop, attendees will learn about the concept of Life is Ceremony, which emphasizes the importance of mindful living and the connection between oneself, others, and the natural world. The Spirit of Transformation will also be explored, providing tools and strategies to support growth and healing on a personal level.
