On Friday morning, we'll start with the New Moon Sweat Ceremony at Stephanie's property, followed by lunch at Camp Friendship.
On Saturday, Stephanie Erickson will lead the Strawberry Medicine Wheel Program.
Throughout the weekend, take part in gentle yoga and mindfulness practices.
