In our fast-paced world, it is easy to feel disconnected from our roots, our community, and our true selves. Awakening Kinship is more than just a mental health workshop—it is a sacred invitation to remember who we are and where we belong.
At Strawberry Medicine Counselling, we believe that kinship is our greatest form of resilience. This workshop is specifically designed for First Nation Healers, Counsellors, and community members who are ready to move beyond survival and step back into the power of connection.
What We Will Explore:
Reclaiming Identity: Grounding ourselves in traditional teachings and ancestral wisdom to strengthen our sense of self.
The Power of Connection: Understanding how "Kinship" acts as a protective medicine against trauma and burnout.
