August 9th: The Spirit of Transformation

• Traditional teaching of Life is Ceremony with time and space to process how to move forward from negativity. 

August 16th: The Strawberry Medicine Wheel--Tending to my Medicine Bundle.

• Spending time filling out the Strawberry Medicine Wheel and coming up with a plan to incorporate healthy habits that tend to your medicine bundle. 

August 23rd: Reparenting: From Inner Child to Conscious Adult.

• Healing Inner Child wounds and embracing the healthy adult consciousness so you can take care of yourself and your inner child in a good way. 

August 30th: Healthy Relationships. 

• Identifying what healthy relationships are and how to do relationship maintenance and repair when ruptures occur.
