The Self Care Medicine Wheel is a medicine bundle of Indigenous knowledge systems of wellness braided together with clinical counselling techniques. The medicine wheel is a framework used to share an understanding so it is used to provide healing methods that can be adapted to suit many nations.

About the event
The Strawberry Medicine Wheel Facilitators Training will be comprised of three parts to obtain full certification: Spirit, Mind, and Body.
Spirit: The one-day training is designed to connect you to your unique facilitator style and provide you with tools to host your groups effectively. Furthermore, you will gain insights into the type of groups you can run.
Mind: There will be an online component to this training and you will have access to the newly redesigned course where you will be able to complete activities and quizzes for each section of the course. The activities and quizzes must be completed before you do the next stage, body.
Body: This is where you embody the teachings and bring your medicine bundle into the facilitation of the workshop. You will design and deliver a 45 minute workshop to Stephanie via booking a Clinical Consultation Appointment here: https://strawberrymedicine.janeapp.com/#/staff_member/1 OR by recording and sharing via dropbox to receive a passing grade and obtain final certification.
